The Whitney plantation is located about 70 miles or about one hour and 10 minutes from the French Quarter. The pick up begins at 8:00 AM AND 8:30 AM The ground transportation service will be done through our sister company, Crescent City Tours & Transportation. The driver goes hotel to hotel for the pick up service. We ask that you allow us up to 30 minutes for the pick up service. As a result of COVID-19 The Whitney Plantation will be a self guided tour with auto headset until further notice.
The Airboat Tour leaves the dock at about 2:00 pm and returns about 3:45 pm. On this tour, you will enjoy a fully narrated swamp tour by one of our local captains in the comfort of an Airboat.
